Nowadays, coming across heart attacks in women has become more commonplace than ever before. In fact heart attacks have grown to such a rate that people die almost every minute from heart-related failures.
First we would like to differentiate between heart attack symptoms for a woman and early warning signs of heart failure. The former is far more severe and will require medical assistance immediately. The latter is also severe but will, in most cases, afford you the time to get yourself checked. Think of these as warning signs of heart disease.
Women are just as susceptible as men to heart attacks. Often times you may shrug off early warning symptoms thinking that they are harmless. But paying attention to these warnings signs could be lead to finding heart problem symptoms in females on time which might even save your life.
(Once again as a disclaimer, if you are experiencing any of these symptoms call an ambulance or head to your nearest emergency room)
The subtle reality is that often times women will tend to shrug off warning signs thinking they are simply flu-like symptoms. Women also tend to have a slightly higher threshold for pain, which is why they may ignore them. Coupled with the inherent fear of having a heart attack or protecting one’s family it is understandable why this could be ignored. Use the signs we have to get help immediately, love your body and live well.
