Clean the blood, 
Clears the skin


Nutrition for the skin comes from blood. Unclean blood causes the skin to become scaly and lifeless, making it look prematurely aged. And gives rise to pimples and dark patches.

The most common of all skin conditions, acne affects the face, shoulders, back and chest. 

Sebaceous gland which supplies sebum to lubricate the skin, becomes blocked at its opening – the gland may become infected & sebum & pus may build.

Surakta is an unparallel internal remedy that roots out the cause of itching acne, pimples boils etc.

Blood impurities create various problems. By purifying the blood Surakta automatically eluminates all types of minor skin blemishes like shaving nicks, boils & leaves a glowing skin.

Composition:


The main ingredients of Surakta are Senna, Giloy, Chirata, Kalmegh, Mundi, Neel Kanthi, Haldi, Daru Haldi, Sandal Surkh, Amaltas, Rakta Chandan etc. 


Causes


A wrong diet, constipation, overeating, eating a combination of food at the same meal that causes fermentation, or devitalized foods, improper breathing, bedrooms not properly ventilated, and lack of exercise, drinking impure water and other harmful drinks, such as: tea, coffee, liquor, soft and drinks. Worry, fear, anger, unhappiness, and hate generally hinder the circulation of blood. A stagnant condition of the skin, overloading the various organs and causing congestion and various diseases.

Dosage

2 teaspoonful of surakta twice daily after meals with equal water. Half of the above for children. Continue the dose till the face has cleared up. After that just maintenance dose of one teaspoonful in the morning and one teaspoonful in the evening to keep the blood pure.

Remember Surakta acts internally and wipes out the root cause of troubles instead of just suppressing symptoms.



Do’s & Don'ts for acne pimples


Acne usually occurs around puberty add can cause distress at an age when personal appearance is very important.

Do wash with herbal soap.

Keep a balanced diet with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables

Don’t wear your hair in a fringe. Hair falling on face & forehead can increase the

numbers of spots. Wash your hair regularly and keep it reasonably short.

Don’t use oily & greasy cosmetics to hide your spots.

Don’t squeeze or pick at acne spots. They will become larger and inflamed

Do remember that what ever the size of an acne apot it always appears more obvious



Diet

During treatment avoid fried, spicy or heavy food for better results.

Avoid oily food
Do not apply cream
Take good care of your liver
Do not stay up late
Apply Sandalwood and Turmeric paste on your face.
Stay away from tea and coffee
Do not use high make-up
Steam your face
Do not go out in the sun
Test for allergies
Avoid spicy food
Prevent acidity
Use soap sparingly and after all this pray that your pimples go.

Take two spoonful of Surakta twice a day .
