Name of the recipe - Sheera
Ingredients

1/2 Cup ghee
|

2 cups creamed wheat 4 cups hot
water
|

1 cup Sucanat or other sugar (or
to taste)
|
|
1 tablespoon charole nuts ill
sliced almonds ill pistachio nuts 1 pinch ground cardamom
|
Method of Preparation
Heat a pot and add the ghee. Add the creamed wheat and cook on
medium heat, stirring constantly, until light brown with a
fragrant smell. Turn off the heat and add the hot water, stirring
briskly. Cook and stir on medium heat until it begins to thicken.
Cover and turn down the heat to low and cook for 1 minute. Stir in
the sugar, nuts and cardamom until well mixed. Serve warm.
Note
Add a pinch or two of ginger for kapha and eat in moderation.
