Peanut Chutney
1 cup roasted and ground peanuts
1 teaspoon cayenne 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method of Preparation

Blend the peanuts, cayenne and salt until well mixed and use 1 teaspoon per meal on the side of the plate.


Pitta should use a very light touch with the cayenne.
