Order confirmation

As soon as an order is authorised for payment, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. This confirmation will indicate your order number that you can refer to later for checking the status.

Delivery time

The delivery of the ordered items has two steps - Allayurveda.com delivery to the courier and the Courier's delivery to you. When we indicate "Normally ships with in 72 hours" against an album, what we mean is that it will take us 72 hours to deliver the ordered items to the Courier. To this, you must add the transportation time, which is typically 2-4 days, depending on the place of delivery.

Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays as our fulfillment partner, DHL, does not make any pick ups on those days.

Shipment details

We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier, alongwith the Consignment number under which it has been shipped. If you want to call the Courier to follow up, you can use this number.

Shipping Charges

It is our endeavour to make shipping charges as affordable as possible.

When you have multiple volumes of a single item, each volume will be counted as one unit for calculation of the shipping charges. The shipping charges are dependent on the volume-weight of the product as well as the country where it has to be dispatched. The shipping charges includes the cost of shipping, handling and packaging with delivery at your doorstep.

Shipment Mode

All your International orders are packaged at our Head Office at Kolkatta and shipped to you by our fulfillment partner, DHL Limited. 

All your Local orders are also packaged at our Head Office at Kolkatta and shipped to you by our local courier  KATS COURIER or BLEX FLASH COURIER or by Post Parcel. The shipments picked up from us by the local courier for delivery within India in the evening are typically delivered to you by afternoon on the following 2 days
